The Defender P17 is the perfect blend of style, performance, and convenience. Featuring a max. 4900 lumens at Turbo mode, P17 can throw 486 yards (445m) , dual tail switches control ON/OFF, momentary ON, SOS, and 5 lighting modes. The included 21700 USB-C Li-ion battery provides plenty of power to keep it running up to 20 days on Ultra-Low. Built tough, the P17 is impact-resistant, dustproof and waterproof underwater to 1.5 meters. Ideal tool for hunting, search and rescue, law enforcement, and outdoor activities.

What kind of LED is used in P17? Does ACEBEAM offer LED replacement service?  
A: It utilizes one CREE XHP70.3 HI LED with 50,000-hour lifespan.

ACEBEAM does not offer LED replacement services currently, and please do not replace the LEDs privately, as doing so might affect product performance and cause damage to the product. 

What kind of battery can be used to P17? 
A: One ACEBEAM 21700 USB-C rechargeable Li-ion battery (included).

How to replace the battery? 

May I have a brief introduction of P17?  
A: It has a tail-dual-switch design that enables easy operation with one-click activation of high brightness 4900 lumens.

Does P17 have low-voltage warning?
A: Yes. The flashlight will be forced to reduce to low if the power is not enough to support the current output. If you continue to use it, it will flash 3 times every 30 seconds when the power is too low.

How to cycle through 3 modes (Tactical, Special and Daily mode)?

- Step 1: When the light is OFF, press and hold the function switch for 3s, meanwhile, click the tactical switch;
- Step 2: LED light will enter ‘breathing light’ status, and release the function switch;
- Step 3: Click the function switch to switch the mode;
               • Strobe means to enter Tactical mode
               • Continous high for special mode
               • SOS for Daily mode
- Step 4: Click the Tactical switch, setting successful.

    

What should I do if it needs repair?
A: Please refer below:
 • 15-day replacement: ACEBEAM will replace any quality defective lights within 15 days of purchase.
 • 5-year free repair: ACEBEAM will repair an LED light free of charge within 5 years (LEP model, battery, battery pack, charger, remote switch, and other accessories: 1 year) of purchase if problems develop with normal use.
 • Limited lifetime warranty, if repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, ACEBEAM will charge for parts.
