Utilizing the latest high-efficient HL4X LED, this compact two AAA handheld penlight outputs max 500 lumens, which is amazingly bright for its size, and throws up to 80 meters. What kind of LED is used in PT20? Does ACEBEAM offer LED replacement service?  
A: PT20 utilizes one high-efficient LUXEON HL4X LED with a lifespan of 50,000 hours. 

ACEBEAM does not offer LED replacement services currently, and please do not replace the LEDs privately, as doing so might affect product performance and cause damage to the product. 

How to get started?  

Before first use, unscrew the head of penlight and remove the insulating film.

How to ON/OFF? 

Fully press the tail switch until a click is heard, and then release the switch.

How to Output Selection? 

When the light is switched ON, tap the tail switch to cycle through "Med → Low → High→ Med".

What should I do if it needs repair?
A: Please refer below:
 • 15-day replacement: ACEBEAM will replace any quality defective lights within 15 days of purchase.
 • 5-year free repair: ACEBEAM will repair an LED light free of charge within 5 years (LEP model, battery, battery pack, charger, remote switch, and other accessories: 1 year) of purchase if problems develop with normal use.
 • Limited lifetime warranty, if repair is required after 5 years from the date of purchase, ACEBEAM will charge for parts.
